How to raise a complaint

What happens next

  1. Acknowledgement within 5 working days.
  2. Investigation and full written response within 8 weeks.
  3. If you remain unhappy, you can escalate.

Legal Ombudsman

If your complaint is not resolved, you can refer it to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of our final response (and within 1 year of the act/omission or the date you should reasonably have known).

Solicitors Regulation Authority

If the concern is about professional conduct, you can report to the SRA.
